Training Rates

First, let us explain a little about what we do, and what you get when you train with SWAT.

We're a coaching and training facility--not a gym. So you won't pay for equipment you won't use, or a "membership" that will go to waste.

With SWAT Fitness Training, you get top-notch coaching and instruction from a personal trainer - every single workout - to ensure your success in aspects of both fitness training and nutrition.

CROSSFIT TUCSONEvery time you show up, you will be coached under the Supervision of a SWAT Certified Trainer / Coach, with expertise in Fitness, Nutrition, Crossfit and Kettlebells, and each workout is designed to teach you proficiency that will get you better results than you've ever had in the past. We care about results. YOUR results. And we train that way!

We have a mandatory Foundations requirement so you can learn basic movements and the fundamentals of training the Crossfit way.

After you have successfully completed the Foundations requirement, you may take advantage of our unlimited training special, where you'll train with a Certified and experienced Coach every time you come in!

We ask all potential clients to please schedule a complimentary consultation so we can meet you and make an appropriate recommendation based on your goals. By meeting with us, you'll learn about what we do, how we can help you, how we work, and then decide if we're a fit for each other. If for some reason, we're not - no problem.

If you DO decide that we offer what you're looking for, then we'll get you started right away with transforming your body, and changing your life. We look forward to working with you!

FOUNDATIONS SESSION / FITNESS & NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

To make sure your experience is awesome from your very first session, we require all new clients to complete a Foundations Session / Assessment. This 90-minute one on one Foundations session is intended to ensure your success - right from the start!

We'll answer all your questions, teach you some of the movements that may be new to you, and coach you through what to expect, and how to make the most of your program. We'll teach you about nutrition, and give you the tools you need to be successful - no matter where you start, or what your current fitness level. The Foundations / Assessment session is done one on one, with one of our Certified Trainers.
