Welcome to SWAT Fitness Central Tucson! SWAT (Strength Wellness Athletic Training) based in Tucson Arizona is the home of the first Tucson Crossfit affiliate, Crossfit Tucson, and offers over 40 Crossfit classes a week to help you lose fat, tone up, build muscle and get your body back - with basic fitness training that delivers results!



In addition to our Crossfit program, we offer kettlebell classes, fitness boot camps, Crossfit classes, the Curvy Woman Workout program, and so much more! So no matter what you're looking for, chances are we have the perfect program for you - with over 50 classes a week to choose from, and UNLIMITED training options.

First of all, let me make sure you know this - WE ARE NOT A GYM, and don't operate like one. We pride ourselves on being a PREMIERE FITNESS TRAINING STUDIO, not a gym or health club. We're nothing like that. You don't get a "membership." You get serious training for serious results. Serious nutrition for serious results. Serious programs for serious results. Serious support and group camaraderie for serious results. But yes, we have fun, too - and a ton of it!

Crossfit Tucson, (the Crossfit part of what we do) was the first Crossfit affiliate in Tucson. We added our Crossfit Tucson program as an important addition to the other cutting edge fitness programs offered by SWAT Strength Wellness Athletic Training®, offering Fitness and Personal Training in Tucson Arizona - like Kombat Kettebells, Kettlebells for Woman, Boot Camp Fitness, Small Group Training, and of course - the gold standard, elite personal training with our professional team of personal fitness trainers.

AT SWAT (Strength Wellness Athletic Training) - ALL fitness levels are welcome, so no matter where you start, we work to get you fitter faster. Whether you're a nervous beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll find our SWAT fitness programs to be challenging, supportive, effective, and most of all FUN!
